What is a Fluglefluff?

Fluglefluffs were discovered by our son Scott, when he created a book for the Written and Illustrated By contest. In his story, the Fluglefluffs came to Earth because their planet was being destroyed. They turned their rocket into a boat and learned to fish to survive.

Now, Tim and I think the Fluglefluffs are a great way to encourage and support learning. Fluglefluffs, because they're from another planet have a new perspective. They approach each task with fresh eyes. They're pioneers, creating authentic, purposeful lives. And so are we.

Like most who venture into the unknown, Fluglefluffs meet challenges and learn new things every day. They try things out, play around with ideas and try new combinations. Fluglefluffs play games to learn and reinforce new concepts. They experiment and practice new skills.

Fluglefluffs believe in playful learning and creative work.

Those who knew Tim and I when we were running Children's Choice, will recognize these ideas. Fluglefluffs learn the way we learned there. And with the Fluglefluffs, like at Children's Choice, everybody can learn together- all ages in multi-age groups.

So that's what we're doing with Fluglefluff Productions.... creating an online learning community for all ages. We hope you'll join us and have fun learning.
